Stainless steel chilling trolley with racks for poultry chilling. Suitable for any type of poultry. Perfect for poultry storage and cooling, during chilling.
Chilling trolley made of stainless steel made up of a tubular structure fitted with:
- removable and perforated aluminium racks. Three versions of this chilling trolley are available: with 12 racks (6 racks on each side of the trolley) for biggest birds (free-range chickens, geese, ducks, etc.), with 14 racks (7 racks on each side of the trolley) and with 16 racks (8 racks on each side of the trolley) for smaller birds. Racks are slightly inclined to retain birds.
- 4 polyamide castors with stainless steel housing (available as spare parts): 2 fixed castors and 2 swivel castors. These castors comply with the EN 12532 norm.
Delivered already assembled.
