This apron is the ultimate choice for butchers and fishmongers! It is specially designed to protect the operator when using a knife or other sharp object (trimming, small cuts of poultry as well as meat or fish, for example). The stainless steel mesh used is approved for food contact. Like our chain mail gloves, this model is reversible!

This apron has 4 fixing points (2 on each side of the neck) to enable the operator to adjust the harness to suit his morphology. Removable and adjustable, this polyurethane harness stabilizes the apron and prevents it from drooping.

STANDARDS:

• Complies with PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425 (2016).
• Complies with EN ISO13998 (2003) performance level 1: suitable for trimming operations.

MAINTENANCE:

1. Cleaning: With a suitable cleaning spray, by soaking, vigorous brushing or in a washing machine. Maximum water temperature 63°C. Particular attention must be paid to dosage and temperature when using chlorinated alkaline or acidic products. Use only products authorized by veterinary authorities. The use of chlorine in high doses and at high temperatures is not recommended.
2. Disinfection: High-temperature disinfection can be carried out with clear water from a minimum of 82°C to a maximum temperature of 90°C, by machine, soaking or spraying.
3. Drying and storage: Forced drying by hot air ventilation, or natural drying in a dry, well-ventilated area. Store in a cool, dry place.

For the harness, disinfection is carried out with a non-acidic product authorized by the food hygiene authorities, and rinsing with water at a temperature of 80°C. Do not use chlorine or chlorinated alkaline products in large doses, and avoid prolonged contact with these products.
