Cutting table with mixed top (polyethylene and stainless steel) designed to cut-up poultry directly on the polyethylene part of the table (reversible for increased durability). Ideal for use in the agri-food industry (for example: food processing laboratory). Tailor-made, to suit your processing needs.
This cutting table with mixed top (half stainless steel / half white polyethylene) is tailor-made to meet your requirements:
- Central or with backsplash
- All stainless steel construction (AISI 304)
- With bottom crosspieces or lower shelf
- With or without castor

- Length
A poultry cut-up cone or a sinew puller can be mounted on one of these tables (quotation upon request).
