This manual sinew puller enables to separate the leg and pulls the sinew of turkeys quickly and easily, in one single operation (one leg at a time).
This sinew puller is a rugged tool, perfect for small processing units. Its use does not require any specific skills and requires little effort.
Before using, the manual sinew puller has to be firmly mounted on a table.
Made of cast steel.
It is fitted with:
- a mounting base, for the sinew puller to be mounted on a table,
- a lever system with handle,
- a spring.
