The Super Direct plucking machine offers a high quality dry plucking on game birds, ducks, geese, pigeons, etc.
Fast and powerful, it is perfect for manual processing units wishing to get high quality plucking results.
This plucking machine plucks a bird in a few minutes thanks to a set of rotating discs that grip and remove the feathers. There is no contact between the skin and the discs.
The Super Direct dry plucking machine is fitted with two three-phase motors: one motor drives the rotating discs that grip and remove the feathers, the other motor sucks removed feathers that are collected in a jute bag (not included).
This plucking machine is provided with a « snail » type fan, improving the suction.
It is fitted with height adjustable feet.
Made of stainless steel and aluminium.
Delivered already assembled, ready to install.
Made in France.
Noise-blocking earmuffs and safety glasses can be worn by the operator while plucking.
