Gut hook to help remove poultry intestines while leaving lungs, heart, liver and gizzard inside the carcass. Suitable for all types of poultry.
This gut hook is available in two sizes:
- The small hook is suitable for the smallest birds (quails, pigeons, guinea fowls, etc.),
- The large hook is suitable for biggest birds (free-range chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, etc.).
Lightweight and handy, it is made of a 304 stainless steel hook and a plastic handle for a good grip. Made in France.
