Cut-up cone for chicken to be mounted on a cutting table. The use of a cut-up cone facilitates chicken cut-up and offers favorable conditions for precise cutting while limiting losses. Allows the operator to debone chickens easily and quickly. Can also be used for the cut-up of guinea fowls.
This cut-up cone for chicken is fitted with a HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) cone mounted on a stainless steel axis, and a mounting base to be screwed on a table thanks to two screws (not provided).
This rotary cut-up cone allows the operator to rotate chicken while cutting. It is also available in other versions, specifically designed for: the cut-up of ducks (with a larger diameter), quails and pigeons (with a smaller diameter), chicken and turkeys (with a conical shape). We also offer a universal poultry cut-up cone that can be used for any type of poultry.
We can provide a cutting table on which this cut-up cone can be mounted.
