- a curved and wide blade, thick and rigid, made of stainless steel. Fitted with hanging eyelet.
- an ergonomic non-slip overmoulded plastic handle for a good hand grip (dual material).
This butcher cleaver is ambidextrous: ideally suited for both right-handed and left-handed users.
