This gantry was designed specifically for use with the MP11 dry plucking machine. It is very useful to pluck large turkeys and geese. The gantry allows you to hang large birds and to reduce the drudgery of work: the operator no longer has to hold poultry at arm’s length when dry plucking.
Description
Gantry made of a stainless steel tubular structure, with:
- a bracket to attach the gantry to the plucking machine
- a spring loaded arm
- a shackle to hang large turkeys or geese when dry plucking
Delivered in kit: to be assembled.
