Description

New design: easier to clean, slightly larger capacities, best plucking result (plucking fingers are positioned in a particular way), longer feathers and water discharge. It is also made of thicker stainless steel.

On an indicative basis, the TRM2 rotary plucker allows you to pluck simultaneously up to: 20-25 small chickens, 10-12 free-range chickens (3.5 to 4 kg) or 4 turkeys (20 kg). This information may vary depending on the type of poultry and on its weight.
This rotary plucker is also available with a smaller capacity (TRM1 rotary plucker), for smaller processing units.
The TRM2 rotary plucker is made up of:
- a rotary bottom,
- rubber plucking fingers,
- a water connection (for cold water),
- 15 flat fan nozzles allowing the water to evacuate removed feathers,
- a feathers and water discharge,
- adjustable feet,
- an electrical cable connected to an electrical switch box.
The TRM2 rotary plucker is also available with a side door and a specific table designed to let birds slide directly on the table when plucked.
This rotary plucker is entirely made of stainless steel. It is also available in brushed stainless steel.
It is delivered already assembled, ready to install.
