The NR-3 final plucker was designed for finishing after ducks and geese wet plucking. With this final plucker remaining feathers can be removed very easily, in 20 to 30 seconds, thanks to three pairs of stainless steel rolls rotating in opposite directions. Ensures perfect finishing.
The NR-3 final plucker is suitable for feathers with a minimum length of 15mm. It is made of stainless steel and is fitted with:
- Six rolls that remove remaining feathers after wet plucking.
- A water connection: some water continuously trickles over the rolls to evacuate feathers.
- A feather discharge.
- A knee-operated command to activate rolls or to stop them.
- Two castors to move the machine easily.
- A rock located under the feather discharge to collect removed feathers in a tray (sold separately).
