Wall-mounted hot water knife sterilizer for cutting knives, allowing you to sterilize up to 4 knives. Perfect for good hygiene standards in poultry slaughterhouses and more generally in the agri-food industry.
Wall-mounted knife sterilizer made of 304L austenitic stainless steel to ensure better longevity and food-contact compatibility.
This hot water knife sterilizer is fitted with:
- A stainless steel tank
- A stainless steel grid (knives holder) that can hold up to 4 knives.
- A 1000 W immersion heater (available as spare parts: sold separately). No stainless steel casing to protect the immersion heater (non-contractual picture).
- An overflow system
- An drain valve
- A water intake
- Mounting brackets to the rear side of the knife sterilizer (screws not provided).
- A 1 meter AC cable
This hot water knife sterilizer is also available with a larger capacity: hot water knife sterilizer for 8 knives (sold separately).
We can also provide other types of knife sterilizer operating with UV lamps (UV knife sanitizer sold separately). We also offer a knife sterilizer combined with a hand wash basin, perfect for small spaces.
