Mixer featuring a long handle and a small blade with holes. This mixer with holes facilitates poultry scalding: it is perfect to stir water manually and to keep the bird immersed in water when using a manual dip tank. Heat resistant to 100°C.

Complies with REACH standards (EC) n° 1907/2006 and (EC) 1935/2004 on food contact material. Halal compliant. FDA compliant raw material (CFR 21).
