Description

These absorbent trays are designed to absorb food exudates and promote hygiene and preservation.
This extruded polystyrene tray ensures the freshness and excellent protection of the product while reducing the risk of bacterial proliferation. It also allows excellent isometry and prevents weight loss of the product. It promotes the maintenance of organoleptic properties: taste, smell, etc…. of products.

Recommended for the packaging of chicken legs:
- 6 chicken legs: dimensions: 296 X 206 X 50 mm - Package of 260 units

Recommended for the packaging of chicken fillets :
- 8 chicken fillets: dimensions: 296 X 206 X 31 mm - Package of 260 units or 480 units
- 6 chicken fillets: dimensions: 225 X 175 X 25 mm - Package of 800 units

Recommended for the packaging of chicken legs or fillets :
- 2 chicken legs or 2 chicken fillets: dimensions: 225 X 135 X 25 mm - Package of 750 units

We can also provide other polystyrene trays for any type of poultry: polystyrene trays for pigeon, trays for free-range chicken and turkey or trays for large poultry. We can also provide black polystyrene trays for chicken and turkey and black polystyrene trays for large poultry.

Storage and term of use :
- The user must check the compatibility of the packaging with the intended us.
- In order to ensure compliance with European food safety requirements, the quantity of exudate delivered by the food must be less than the absorptive capacity of the drinker.
- In order to preserve the cold chain, it is strongly recommended that the trays be preconditioned at laboratory temperature before use (recommended temperatures: -30°C / +30°C)
- Keep away from heat (less than 30°), moisture and odours. Storage in the vicinity of a heat source may result in deformation of the product. Avoid weight stacking

Instructions for use:
Once the chicken pieces are placed in the tray, close with a food stretch film (sold separately). A tray film maker (sold separately) can be used to facilitate the packaging of the tray
